A New Tradition Begins

Celebrating 26 Years of Community, Culture, and Music

The Water Valley Arts and Music Festival (WVAMF) is a vibrant, multi-stage event held in the heart of Water Valley, Alberta. Building on the 26-year legacy of the Celtic Festival, WVAMF transforms into an expanded celebration of music, arts, and culture, bringing together a diverse range of artists, performers, and attendees for an unforgettable experience.

WVAMF takes place across two unique venues—each with its own vibe, lineup, and atmosphere: the Celtic Stage in downtown Water Valley, and the Roots & Rhythm Stage at Fallentimber Meadery. To make it easy for you to experience it all, we’re running a free shuttle service all weekend that connects both locations (depending on your ticket access). Whether you're catching a fiddle session in town, a funk band in the woods, just hop on and enjoy the ride!

With 3,000 expected attendees, WVAMF is a unique festival that blends local heritage with fresh, new sounds and experiences. The festival is fully organized and operated by the Water Valley Community Association, a non-profit organization run entirely by dedicated volunteers passionate about enriching the community.
